Can a group of CSOs not take up this role and offer such services in partnership with the DM/DGHS/association of hospitals, if any and military hospitals. The idea is for these EUs to assume the role and responsibility to provide systematic obtain and provide covid related services to the business/society/government at district and below levels to reach the unreached at these difficult times.
