There are many affected persons lying in the small hospitals/nursing homes, which lack able medical advise or access to second opinion/supplemental medical advice. It can be useful for them to access to such medical advice/second opinion from the nearby telemedicine volunteers urgently.
I received a call from family of a person being treated at Haldwani (Uttarakhand) to provide such access.
